Our vision

VNO-NCW and MKB-Nederland stand for a society with equal opportunities and employment for everyone, a sustainable environment, and sufficient economic growth to make all of that possible. We call it Entrepreneurship for Broad Prosperity. Companies are the engine of our economy, they ensure that we can be successful as a small country. However, we believe that economic growth alone is not enough to create a prosperous society. Growth creates jobs, but also provides funding for education, healthcare, and security. That’s what it’s all about, because it allows our children to go to school, provides money for good healthcare, and ensures safe neighborhoods to live in. It’s about the quality of life.
